Ghani Khan baba's full name was Abdul Ghani Khan.
Ghani Khan Baba was born in 1914.he was the son of
the great Pashtun proud of Afghan Abdul Ghafar Khan Baba (Bacha Khan). Ghani
Khan Baba belonged to the village of Atmanzai in Charsadda.
He did his primary education at Peshawar National High
School and then joined Atmanzai Azad High School. He passed 10th class from
Atmanzai and then went to India for higher education and did higher education
in Jamia Millia Islamia Delhi. In 1927, there was a revolt under Ghazi
Amanullah Khan and civil war broke out in Afghanistan.
Many people were injured in the civil war due to the
uprising and called for the return of their father to treat the wounded. In Dr.Khan Sahib's clinic, he learned how to apply bandages and ointments and
volunteered for the Red Crescent Society.
When he went to Afghanistan as a volunteer, he was deported
from Afghanistan because of the failure of Ghazi Amanullah Khan and because the
government did not issue him a passport. In this regard, Baacha Khan Baba
wrote:
"Ghani Khan is my son and he graduated from Azad
High School in Peshawar. When the situation in Afghanistan deteriorated, I sent
him along with a few other volunteers to Afghanistan to serve his Pashtun
intellectuals but by the government. The same passport could not be issued.
"
In another
letter Baacha Khan Baba has mentioned this incident in this way
"When this tragedy started in Afghanistan and we
arranged to send a 30-member medical delegation to Ghazi Amanullah Khan, Ghani
Khan was one of the 30 boys who was my son.
Unfortunately, the government did not give them
passports, so I decided to send Ghani Khan to Germany to learn some art.

Khan, however, has learned the necessary worldly and religious knowledge and I
want him to learn the art of my father's grandfather (Zamindari), to learn
machine work and to make sugar from sugarcane.) Pashtoon

Ghani Khan traveled to England in 1928 through the India
Office. There he studied art from various private schools and colleges. He
spent two years with a pastor and then traveled to the United States in 1931
for chemical engineering. And take admission in a university in the state of
Louisiana.
At that time, the government imprisoned Baacha Khan and
confiscated his property. Due to financial difficulties, Ghani Khan returned to
his homeland from the United States.
In 1933, he returned to England, but due to financial
difficulties, he returned. At that time there were so many financial problems
that the ticket was bought by the same High Commissioner.
Ghani Khan Baba was influenced by European society and this
influence was felt by Baacha Khan Baba Therefore, Baacha Khan Baba intended
that Ghani Khan should travel to India and stay with Pundit Jawaharlal Nehru.
In this regard, Baacha Khan Baba contacted Pundit Jawaharlal
Nehru and informed him that Ghani Khan has been influenced by the European
society and I am sending you to eradicate this influence. He sent Ghani Khan to
Allahabad for the same purpose, but when Pundit Jawaharlal Nehru was arrested,
Ghani Khan took up the job of supervisor at a sugar mill in Go Karnataka (UP)
in 1935. It is said that the marriage of Indira Gandhi, daughter of Pundit
Jawaharlal Nehru, was also discussed with Ghai Khan but this marriage was not
possible due to age difference.
In 1940, he married Roshan, the daughter of Rustam Jang Fereydoun. Ghani Khan Baba had another marriage after that.

In 1940, he appointed as a Technical Factory Manager of
Baha'i Sugar Mills. However, due to the political activities of Baacha Khan
Baba, he was expelled.
He was elected a member of the Central Legislative Assembly
of India in 1944. In April 1945, we formed an army of 75,000 armed believers to
save the (Khudai Khidmatgar) movement. And
let's call this army Zalmai Pashtun۔
He was imprisoned from 1947 until 1954. He has written most
of his literary work in prison and in 1880 the government awarded pride of performance
for his literary services.
He died on March 15, 1996, and was buried on March 16, to
his village cemetery at charsadda.

literature. Their poetic ideas are so wide and clear that there is no other
poet like Ghani Khan Baba in Pashto literature.
Ghani Khan Baba has a philosophy of life in his poems and
that is why he is called a mad philosopher. Ghani Khan Baba has also called himself
the grandfather of lunatics in his poems. His poetry is free from all kinds of
lies and hypocrisy.
